is a Policy Advisor at the MFOA and a consultant with CHUMS Financing Corporation. He spent 13 years with the City of Hamilton's finance department and was the last treasurer of the old City of Hamilton. In addition, Tom provides ongoing daily management support to the One Investment Program, an investment option for Ontario municipalities and other public sector entities.
