Jodie Sales joined the City of Guelph as the General Manager, Strategic Initiatives and Intergovernmental Services in 2019. Her departmental portfolio includes Strategy and Corporate Performance, Policy and Intergovernmental Services, Equity and Community Investment, and Community and Affordable Housing. Prior to joining the City of Guelph, Jodie held roles in Corporate Communications and Government Relations with the Town of Milton, Halton Region and the Bank of Canada. With more than 20 years of experience working in government and highly regulated industry, Jodie is passionate about bringing a data-driven, entrepreneurial approach to solving public sector challenges.
