| Cliff Burke | Senior Financial Analyst of Taxation & Revenue | County of Haldimand | Cliff Burke is currently the Senior Financial Analyst of Taxation & Revenue at Haldimand County.
Prior to 2026, Cliff’s role had been focused on Budgeting and Financial Planning, leading a team of analysts through a number of functions including operating and capital budget preparation, financial statement preparation, and tangible capital asset reporting. He has led the presentation and walkthrough of the rate-supported and tax-supported capital budget deliberations with council in recent years, establishing himself as a trusted member of Haldimand County staff. Cliff has also been responsible for the County’s annual investment reporting, among other important functions. In 2025, Cliff became a member of the MFOA’s New Professionals Network (NPN) Committee, and was an in-person volunteer at the annual MFOA Conference in Niagara Falls.
