| Joseph Marand, MBA | Director, Wealth Solutions Group | CIBC Capital Markets | Joseph Marando is a Director with the Wealth Solutions Group at CIBC Capital Markets, responsible for Fixed Income and Rate-Linked Notes distribution across CIBC Wood Gundy and external networks. Since joining CIBC in 2018, Joseph has held key roles on the Foreign Exchange and Equity Structured Notes desks. His area of focus is customized investment solutions tailored to clients’ unique needs. Prior to joining CIBC, Joseph built a diverse foundation at BMO, holding progressively senior roles within Asset Management, Retail Banking, and Wealth Management. He holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto. A strong advocate for professional development, Joseph co-chairs ongoing education initiatives within the Wealth Solutions Group.
