With more than 36 years of consulting experience, he advises municipalities across Canada on long-term financial strategies, asset management, development financing, fiscal impact analysis, utility financing, and infrastructure investment planning. Craig has directed more than 350 Development Charge and Development Cost Charge studies, as well as numerous long-range financial strategies, asset management plans, fiscal impact models, and infrastructure funding assignments for communities ranging from small municipalities to Canada’s largest urban centres.
