| Clayton Pereira | Director, Revenue Services, Revenue Services Division, Corporate Services | City of Hamilton | Clayton Pereira currently serves as the Deputy City Treasurer/Director of Revenue Services for the City of Hamilton, where he oversees the City’s property tax revenue collection, utility billing, and vacant unit tax administration. In this role, he leads the development of revenue strategies that ensure legislative compliance, operational excellence, and maximized revenue outcomes for the City.
Prior to joining Hamilton, Clayton served as the Deputy Treasurer the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville. There, he played a pivotal role in developing the Town’s annual budgets, managing long‑term financial planning, and advising Council and senior leadership on strategic financial decision-making. He led the implementation of a multi‑year service-based budget and earned recognition as an innovator by the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) for three consecutive years.
