Andrijana plays a key role in advising Council and senior leadership on strategic financial decision-making and fiscal sustainability initiatives. She was instrumental in implementing the Town’s multi-year and service-based budgeting approach and has contributed to the Town receiving the Government Finance Officers Association Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for four consecutive years.
