Before joining MPAC, Jamie held several senior leadership roles at the Ontario Ministry of Finance, where he developed deep expertise in public policy, intergovernmental affairs, and strategic planning. That experience shaped his belief that lasting public outcomes depend not just on good policy, but on strong relationships and the trust behind them.
