MFOA's Clarification on Early Payments of Development Charges under subsection 26.1(12) of the DCA

MFOA has submitted a letter to Minister Flack seeking clarification on early payments of development charges under subsection 26.1(12) of the DCA.  This clarification would help avoid any potential discrepancies between municipal and developer interpretations regarding the timing of when early prepayments can be made.
