This is part one of a two part webinar series which will use the discussions from the “Creating Funding Scenarios - Lifecycle Costing” webinar as a starting point, and start to dig deeper into the use of debt and reserves/reserve funds within the Financing Strategy of an Asset Management (AM) Plan.
